The kind of job this is

Design build means one party owns the drawing and the install.

Design build and estimating are both handled here, which is the difference between a set of drawings that gets built and a set that gets argued about. On a plant or a health care facility the constraint is almost never the wiring. It is the window: what can be de-energised, for how long, and what has to be back on before the shift starts. That is what we plan around first.

The service department carries the same work at a smaller scale, and the bucket truck is what makes pole lighting, high exteriors and service masts practical to reach rather than a scaffolding job.
