The core of the work
Service entrance, switchgear, feeders and panelboards, sized off a real load calculation rather than a guess. Grounding and bonding are part of the same scope, because a good ground is what lets the protective devices work at all. Low voltage through medium and high voltage installation, all handled in house.

Manufacturing plants and health care facilities get phased cutovers built around a shutdown window, not a stoppage. The loop is the deliverable: signal wiring kept separate from power, checked and documented.
